A range gating imaging technology is used in an imaging module, the imaging module comprises a pulse laser device and a CCD camera, the pulse laser device enables a target to generate rear reflected light, the CCD receives the reflected light for imaging, and a gating image intensifier and a magnification lens are arranged on one side of the CCD, so that the target can be focused and imaged better.
