    本发明涉及客车骨架技术领域,具体涉及一种新能源客车轻量化车身骨架及其焊接工艺,包括多个侧梁,多个所述侧梁一侧设置有吸能机构,多个所述侧梁均为铝合金制造,所述吸能机构包括吸能盒,且多个侧梁一侧均与吸能盒一侧固定连接,所述吸能盒另一侧设置有铁皮,且铁皮与吸能盒之间固定连接有多个连接组件。本发明中,通过将两个吸能机构固定到车身两侧,在车身侧部遭受撞击时,吸能机构将冲击分散到整个车身侧处,提高车身侧部骨架的负荷能力,并且使用人员可用电焊机构和制造机构,对吸能机构进行自动化焊接和制造工序,便于使用人员使用。
