The upper end of the supporting rod is hinged to the upper end of the rack and fixes the arched top, the supporting rod downwards penetrates through the spring cylinder and then fixes the rack limiting device, and the rack returning device is arranged on the right side of the spring cylinder and used for enabling the rack to be disengaged from a straight gear at the input end of a centrifugal shaft of the centrifugal clutch when the rack is downwards pressed to the lower side limit. When the downward pressing speed of the arch-shaped top reaches a certain value, the output end of the centrifugal clutch is connected with the damper part, braking force is generated when the vehicle humping speed is high, the braking force is not generated when the vehicle humping speed is low, and the purpose of vehicle speed self-adaption of the retarder is achieved.
本发明公开一种自适应式铁路减速顶装置,包括减速顶部分、离心离合器部分、阻尼器部分,减速顶部分包括拱形顶、弹簧缸,钢轨固定弹簧缸,支撑杆沿着弹簧缸上下滑动,弹簧缸内设置有支撑杆的弹性复位结构,支撑杆上端铰接齿条上端并固定拱形顶,支撑杆向下穿过弹簧缸后固定齿条限位器,齿条回正器设置在弹簧缸右侧,齿条回正器用于用于齿条下压到下侧极限时,齿条与离心离合器的离心轴输入端的直齿轮脱开啮合,齿条复位时,齿条与离心轴输入端的直齿轮啮合,拱形顶下压速度达到一定值时,离心离合器的输出端连接阻尼器部分,车辆溜放速度高时产生制动力,车辆溜放速度低时不产生制动力,实现了减速顶的车速自适应目的。
