The invention discloses a tire pressure matching method, device and equipment and a storage medium, relates to the technical field of automobile diagnosis, is applied to a vehicle-mounted diagnosis system and comprises the steps that the part number of a tire pressure sensor of a current vehicle is determined; screening a corresponding target programming file from preset programming files based on the part number; programming the tire pressure sensor by utilizing the target programming file to obtain a programmed sensor; and communicating with the programmed sensor based on a preset communication protocol corresponding to the current vehicle so as to complete a tire pressure matching process for the current vehicle. Therefore, the vehicle-mounted diagnostic system can automatically program the tire pressure sensor of the current vehicle and automatically perform tire pressure matching, so that the tire pressure matching can be quickly realized, the operation process of the tire pressure matching is simplified, and the efficiency and accuracy of the tire pressure matching can be improved.
