The invention discloses a special connector for an explosion-proof charging pile, and the connector comprises a male seat which comprises a first outer housing and a pin structure disposed in the first outer housing. The female seat comprises a second outer shell and an elastic pin structure arranged in the second outer shell; the first outer shell is provided with a joint cavity used for containing at least one part of the second outer shell, and the first outer shell and the second outer shell are both made of stainless steel. When the pin structure is pulled out of the elastic pin structure, the first outer shell and the second outer shell can keep connection of part of the shells. According to the technical scheme, after the pin structure is pulled out of the elastic pin structure through the arrangement of the connecting cavity, the first outer shell and the second outer shell can keep connection of part of the shell bodies, and therefore spreading of explosion of a combustible mixture in the cavity caused by sparks generated by separation of the pin structure or the elastic pin structure can be effectively prevented.

    本发明公开一种防爆充电桩专用连接器,包括公座,所述公座包括第一外壳体和设于所述第一外壳体内的插针结构;母座,所述母座包括第二外壳体和设于所述第二外壳体内的弹性插脚结构;所述第一外壳体设有用于容纳所述第二外壳体至少一部分的接合腔,所述第一外壳体和所述第二外壳体的材质均为不锈钢;当所述插针结构从所述弹性插脚结构拔出时,所述第一外壳体和所述第二外壳体能够保持部分外壳的连接。本发明技术方案通过设置接腔使得插针结构从弹性插脚结构拔出后,第一外壳体和第二外壳体能够保持部分壳体的连接,从而能够有效隔断插针结构或弹性插脚结构分离产生的火花引起腔体内部可燃性混合物爆炸的传播。
