The invention discloses a power switching system and a contactor matrix logic interlocking method thereof. The power switching system comprises N 1-input N-output modules and a power switching centralized control board, one path of positive and negative pole input in each one-input N-output module is divided into N paths of positive and negative pole output through N pairs of positive and negative pole contactors, and the N pairs of positive and negative pole contactors are in control and communication connection with the power switching centralized control panel through a wire harness collector; the N paths of positive and negative electrode outputs in the N 1-input N-output modules are connected in parallel in a one-to-one correspondence manner and are finally summarized into N paths of positive and negative electrode total outputs. According to the invention, all contactors in the power switching system are connected to the power switching centralized control panel through the wire harness collector, the contactors feed back level signals, and the power switching centralized control panel issues control signals for opening and closing contactor coil contacts according to the level signals to realize electrical logic interlocking. The safety risk problem caused by short circuit of multiple output loops, untimely protection and the like due to communication delay or asynchronous problems is solved.
