The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent traffic, and provides a traffic abnormity monitoring method and system based on geomagnetic video data fusion. The method comprises the following steps: monitoring road traffic conditions in real time to obtain traffic geomagnetic monitoring signal data streams; performing feature extraction to obtain a magnetic induction intensity feature and a magnetic force distribution direction feature; determining traffic lane occupation characteristic information; performing abnormal area marking to obtain traffic abnormal area information; performing video monitoring on the traffic abnormal area information to obtain traffic abnormal area video information; and performing frame-by-frame analysis on the traffic abnormal area video information to obtain traffic abnormal characteristic information, and performing abnormal risk management and control on the road traffic condition. According to the method and the device, the problems of non-ideal effect, low processing efficiency and high manpower and material resource consumption in actual application of traffic abnormity event monitoring in the prior art are solved, and the technical effects of improving the accuracy of traffic abnormity monitoring and the efficiency of processing traffic abnormity are achieved.

    本申请涉及智慧交通技术领域,提供一种基于地磁视频数据融合的交通异常监测方法及系统。所述方法包括:对道路交通情况进行实时监测,获取交通地磁监测信号数据流;进行特征提取,得到磁感应强度特征和磁力分布方向特征;确定交通车道占用特征信息;进行异常区域标记,获取交通异常区域信息;对所述交通异常区域信息进行视频监测,得到交通异常区域视频信息;对所述交通异常区域视频信息进行逐帧分析,获取交通异常特征信息,并对道路交通情况进行异常风险管控。本申请解决了现有技术中交通异常事件监测实际应用中效果不理想,处理效率较慢,人力物力耗费较高的问题,提高了交通异常监测的精准度和处理交通异常的效率的技术效果。
