The bevel gear coaxial different-speed transmission device comprises an upper box body and a lower box body which are arranged up and down, an upper box cover and a lower box cover are arranged at the top of the upper box body and the bottom of the lower box body respectively, supporting bodies are arranged in the upper box body and the lower box body, and the bevel gear coaxial different-speed transmission device further comprises gear train structures arranged in the upper box body and the lower box body. The gear train structure comprises an inner rotor shaft wheel set, an outer rotor shaft wheel set and two transmission shaft wheel sets, and the two transmission shaft wheel sets are in transmission connection with the inner rotor shaft wheel set and the outer rotor shaft wheel set through straight bevel gears correspondingly. The coaxial different-speed transmission device solves the problems that an existing coaxial different-speed transmission device is complex in structure and poor in shafting rigidity. The invention further discloses application of the bevel gear coaxial different-speed transmission device, the bevel gear coaxial different-speed transmission device is applied to a transmission system of inner and outer rotors of a helicopter, and torque transmitted from a transmission shaft is converted by the bevel gear coaxial different-speed transmission device to achieve simultaneous rotation of the inner and outer rotors of the helicopter.

    本发明公开了锥齿轮共轴异速传动装置,包括上下设置的上箱体和下箱体,上箱体顶部和下箱体底部分别设置有上箱盖和下箱盖,上箱体和下箱体中均设置有支撑体,还包括设置在上箱体和下箱体中的轮系结构,轮系结构包括内旋翼轴轮组、外旋翼轴轮组和两组传动轴轮组,两组传动轴轮组通过直齿锥齿轮分别与内旋翼轴轮组、外旋翼轴轮组传动连接。本发明解决了现有共轴异速传动装置存在的结构复杂且轴系刚度差的问题。本发明还公开了锥齿轮共轴异速传动装置的应用,将本发明的锥齿轮共轴异速传动装置应用于直升机内外旋翼传动系统中,从传动轴传递的转矩经过锥齿轮共轴异速传动装置的转换实现直升机内外旋翼同时旋转。
