The invention relates to the technical field of excavation of inclined escalator passages, in particular to an excavation method of a tunnel-first and station-second subway station inclined escalator passage, which comprises the following steps of: S1, performing advance support construction on a straight section, and entering an excavator on the ground and in a tunnel; s2, excavation supporting is conducted on the upper step, temporary inverted arch construction is conducted synchronously during excavation, and the temporary inverted arch circulating footage is not larger than 5 m; s3, excavating a lower step of the inclined escalator, and synchronously supporting and closing to form a ring during excavation; and S4, the steps S2 and S3 are circulated until the straight section is cut through. The excavator enters the field through the ground and the tunnel respectively, then the upper step and the lower step can be excavated synchronously, the overall construction efficiency is improved, meanwhile, excavation from the two ends to the middle is through, the excavation distance between the two ends is greatly reduced, and the construction difficulty is lowered.
本发明涉及斜扶梯通道开挖的技术领域,尤其涉及一种先隧后站地铁站斜扶梯通道的开挖方法,包括如下步骤:S1、平直段做超前支护施工,地面上和隧道内的挖掘机进场;S2、上台阶做开挖支护,开挖时同步进行临时仰拱施工,临时仰拱循环进尺不大于5m;S3、斜扶梯下台阶开挖,开挖时同步支护封闭成环;S4、循环S2和S3步骤,直至平直段被贯通。通过地面和隧道分别进行挖掘机的进场,进而能够同步对上台阶和下台阶进行开挖,提升整体施工效率,同时由两端开挖至中间贯通,故两端的开挖距离均大幅减少了,降低了施工难度。
