The invention relates to the technical field of bridge construction, and discloses lifting basket arch bridge suspender construction equipment and a construction method. Due to the fact that the working platform is connected with the cable crane through the hoisting steel wire rope, the working platform can be moved to a certain height under a suspender installation area through the cable crane under the condition that the working platform does not interfere with an arch rib of the arch bridge. Due to the fact that the suspender is installed on the moving device through the clamping device, the suspender moves to the same height along with the working platform, and it only needs to be guaranteed that the length above the fixed end of the suspender is matched with the height difference of the working platform and the suspender in the installation area on the arch rib; then the angle of the top end of the suspender is adjusted through the dip angle adjusting device to be matched with the dip angle of the suspender installation point, and therefore rapid installation of the suspender is achieved. A temporary operation platform at the suspender position is reduced, and the safety risk that personnel climb up and down in the temporary platform is reduced; and moreover, frequent transverse movement of the cable crane is avoided, and the construction efficiency is high.

    本发明涉及桥梁施工技术领域,公开了提篮拱桥吊杆施工装备与施工方法。由于工作平台通过吊装钢丝绳与缆索式起重机相连,可以实现在不与拱桥拱肋发生发生干涉的情况,通过缆索式起重机将工作平台移动至吊杆安区域正下方的一定高度。由于吊杆通过夹持装置安装在移动装置上,使得吊杆随工作平台移动至相同的高度,只需保证吊杆固定端上方的长度与工作平台和吊杆在拱肋上的安装区域的高度差相匹配;随后利用倾角调节装置调节吊杆顶端的角度,使之与吊杆安装点的倾角相配,从而实现吊杆的快速安装。不仅减少了吊杆位置临时作业平台,降低人员在临时平台中爬上爬下的安全风险;而且还避免了缆索吊机频繁横移造,施工效率高。
