The invention relates to a steel box girder bridge deck integral lifting structure and an installation method, the steel box girder bridge deck integral lifting structure comprises at least two lifting modules, each lifting module comprises a pier, a bridge deck unit section and a lifting mechanism, the bridge deck unit sections are fixed to the tops of the piers, and each lifting mechanism comprises a steel strand and a lifting oil cylinder used for pulling the steel strand to ascend; and the lifting oil cylinders are mounted on the bridge floor unit sections. According to the construction method, the convenience of constructing the steel box girder bridge deck in the shallow water navigation area can be improved, and the influence on the navigation condition of the water area is reduced.
