The device further comprises a centering assembly. The device has the advantages of being compact in structure and flexible and stable to use, the position constancy of the hinged position of the scissor arms and the load gravity center on the X axis can be guaranteed, and finally the problem of gravity center shifting of the load is effectively avoided.
