According to the U-shaped steel bar hoisting device, the multiple locking mechanisms are arranged on the hoisting support and can lock different parts of one U-shaped steel bar correspondingly, deformation of the two ends of each U-shaped steel bar in the fixing and hoisting process is effectively avoided, the positioning plates and the grabbing pieces in the locking mechanisms are matched with each other, the multiple U-shaped steel bars can be fixed through sleeving and clamping, and the U-shaped steel bars are not prone to deformation. Complex and tedious bundling operation is avoided, and batch transferring is achieved.

    本发明属于钢筋吊运技术领域,公开了一种起吊载具及起吊方法,包括起吊支架和设置于起吊支架上的多个锁定机构,锁定机构包括定位板、抓料件和调节装置,定位板设置于起吊支架上,定位板上设置有多个定位槽,多个抓料件分别转动设置于定位板上,多个抓料件与多个定位槽一一对应,抓料件具有锁定状态和释放状态,调节装置被配置为调节多个抓料件同步转动,起吊方法使用上述起吊载具。本发明中,起吊支架上设有多个锁定机构,多个锁定机构能够分别锁定一个U型钢筋的不同部位,有效避免了U型钢筋两端固定起吊过程中的变形,锁定机构中定位板和抓料件相互配合,能够通过套卡固定多个U型钢筋,避免了捆扎作业的复杂和繁琐,实现了批量移运。
