The invention discloses a turnout monitoring system and method. The system comprises a target, a monitoring head, a power supply system and a cloud server, a fault-tolerant coding pattern made of a high-reflectivity material is printed on the target; the monitoring head comprises a laser light supplementing lamp, an image sensor and an algorithm control unit; the laser light supplementing lamp provides illumination for the target when the turnout needs to be monitored, so that the pattern on the target reflects laser; an image sensor in the monitoring head is used for acquiring an image containing a target; the algorithm control unit is used for identifying the collected image and determining the position information of the pattern on the target; comparing the position information of the pattern with preset pattern position information to obtain the displacement of the pattern in the image, and converting to obtain the actual displacement of the target; and sending the displacement of the target to a cloud server. According to the turnout monitoring system provided by the embodiment of the invention, turnout displacement monitoring is automatically realized based on a high-precision image algorithm by collecting the high-reflectivity target pattern, and the monitoring precision is relatively high.
本发明公开一种道岔监测系统及方法。该系统包括:标靶、监测头、供电系统、云端服务器;标靶上印有高反射性材料制成的容错性编码图案;监测头中包含激光补光灯、图像传感器和算法控制单元;激光补光灯在需要对道岔进行监测时为标靶提供照明,使标靶上的图案反射激光;监测头中的图像传感器用于采集包含标靶的图像;算法控制单元用于对采集到的图像进行识别,确定标靶上的图案的位置信息;将图案的位置信息与预设图案位置信息进行对比得到图案在图像中的位移,并换算得到标靶的实际位移;将标靶的位移发送至云端服务器。本发明实施例提供的道岔监测系统,通过采集高反射性标靶图案,基于高精度图像算法自动实现道岔位移监测,监测精度较高。
