The invention discloses a turnout close attachment strength checking and testing method which specifically comprises the steps that S1, close attachment pieces with the corresponding number are increased or decreased between locking iron and a locking frame till a turnout switching locking critical value is reached; and S2, taking out the dense patches with corresponding requirements to check whether the mechanical strength of the turnout reaches the standard or not. The method has the advantages that inspection and test data are accurate, existing 0.3/0.5/1mm dense patches are combined, and data redundancy can be controlled within the range of 0.1 mm; 2, no human factor influence exists, and the data authenticity is guaranteed; and 3, no joint part problem is generated in the operation process, and no influence is caused on the switch rail.

    本发明公开的道岔密贴强度检查、试验方法,具体包括:S1:在锁闭铁与锁闭框间,增加减相应数量的密贴片,直至达到道岔转换锁闭临界值;S2:再取出相应要求的密贴片,以检查道岔机械强度是否达标。本发明的有益效果:1.检查、试验数据精准,利用现有0.3/0.5/1mm密贴片进行组合,可以将数据冗余掌控在0.1mm范围以内;2.无人为因素影响,数据真实性有保障;3.作业过程中无结合部问题产生,对尖轨无影响。
