The brake pedal simulator of the brake-by-wire system comprises a simulator cylinder body, an inner cavity of the simulator cylinder body is divided into a front cavity and a rear cavity, and the rear cavity is filled with liquid; a second piston and a spring seat are arranged in the front cavity, a first-level spring is connected between the second piston and the spring seat in an abutting mode, and a second-level spring is connected between the spring seat and the simulator cylinder in an abutting mode. A first piston and a first piston limiting block are arranged in the rear cavity, a first piston return spring is connected between the first piston and the first piston limiting block in an abutting mode, the first piston limiting block divides the rear cavity into a first rear cavity and a second rear cavity, and a throttling hole is formed in the center of the first piston limiting block. A pressure sensor is arranged on the simulator cylinder body and is used for detecting the liquid pressure; a stroke sensor is arranged on the simulator cylinder body and used for detecting the stroke of the second piston. Through the combined action of liquid flowing and spring and rubber compression, the hydraulic brake system pedal feeling closer to that of a traditional automobile can be simulated.

    本发明公开了一种线控制动系统制动踏板模拟器及其控制方法,包括模拟器缸体,模拟器缸体内腔分隔为前腔和后腔,后腔内充满液体;前腔内设置第二活塞以及弹簧座,第二活塞与弹簧座之间抵接有一级弹簧,弹簧座与模拟器缸体之间抵接有二级弹簧;后腔内设置第一活塞及第一活塞限位块,第一活塞及第一活塞限位块之间抵接有第一活塞回位弹簧,第一活塞限位块将后腔分隔成第一后腔和第二后腔,第一活塞限位块中心设有节流孔;模拟器缸体上设有压力传感器,用于检测液体压力;模拟器缸体上设有行程传感器,用于检测第二活塞行程。本发明通过液体流动、弹簧和橡胶压缩的综合作用,能够模拟更接近传统汽车的液压制动系统踏板感觉。
