A vehicle-mounted mining electrical system comprises a power battery power supply, an all-in-one controller, a traction power assembly, an auxiliary unit and a low-voltage electric appliance. A high-voltage cable is fixedly arranged along an inner cavity of a vehicle body left girder, the inner cavity structure of the vehicle body girder serves as a shielding structure to reduce electromagnetic radiation interference, a three-phase cable is led out close to the left side and does not exceed the upper surface of a vehicle frame girder, and the inner cavity structure of the left girder serves as the shielding structure to reduce electromagnetic radiation interference. Auxiliary unit power supply lines are all led out from the right side of the all-in-one controller and arranged on the upper surface of the right girder, and a lead-acid storage battery power supply line, a central junction box power supply and backflow power supply line and a communication line are arranged on the lower surface of the right girder and isolated from auxiliary unit power supply through a right girder bending structure; a communication line is connected with a battery management system communication interface, a gearbox controller communication interface and an all-in-one controller communication interface along with a low-voltage power supply line wiring path, and finally enters a cab through a central electrical junction box connecting wire harness to be connected to a whole vehicle controller.

    一种车载矿用电气系统,包括动力电池电源、多合一控制器、牵引动力总成、辅助机组和低压电器;高压线缆沿车体左大梁内腔固定布线,利用车体大梁内腔结构作为屏蔽结构降低电磁辐射干扰,三相线缆靠近左侧出线,高度不超过车架大梁上表面,利用左大梁内腔结构作为屏蔽结构降低电磁辐射干扰;辅机机组供电线路均从多合一控制器右侧出线,布置在右大梁上表面,铅酸蓄电池供电线、中央接线盒供电及回流供电线、通讯线布置在右大梁下表面,利用右大梁折弯结构与辅助机组供电隔离;通讯线跟随低压供电线布线路径分别连接电池管理系统通讯接口、变速箱控制器通讯接口和多合一控制器通讯接口,最后通过中央电气接线盒连接线束进入司机室连接到整车控制器。
