The invention relates to a cross water area ship encounter characteristic value extraction method based on AIS data. The method comprises the following steps: selecting a research area and creating a navigation channel coordinate system; acquiring and cleaning AIS data; converting the longitude and latitude coordinates of the ship, and establishing a ship relative position coordinate system; performing interpolation processing on the cleaned AIS data, and calculating an azimuth angle between a surrounding target ship and the ship; mMSI of target ships around the ship is screened out according to the azimuth angles; determining a situation formed by the nearest target ship and the ship in each azimuth; drawing a Space-Time diagram and a Course-Time diagram of target ships around the ship, and obtaining turning point data from the diagrams to determine a ship spacing threshold interval; and the ship urgency degree of the selected area is obtained through threshold interval analysis. Compared with the prior art, the risk degrees of various ship behaviors are mined from the AIS data, the risk degree of the selected area is integrally analyzed, data support can be provided for ship safe navigation and ship management in a dense area, and the method has great significance in reducing the ship collision risk.

    本发明涉及一种基于AIS数据的交叉水域船舶会遇特征值提取方法,包括:选定研究区域并创建航道坐标系;获取AIS数据并清洗;对船舶经纬度坐标进行转换、建立船舶相对位置坐标系;对清洗后AIS数据进行插值处理,计算周围目标船与本船之间的方位角;由方位角筛选出本船周围目标船的MMSI;确定出每个方位内最近目标船与本船所形成的局面;绘制本船周围目标船的Space‑Time图及Course‑Time图,从图中获取转折点数据以确定出船舶间距阈值区间;通过阈值区间分析得到选定区域的船舶紧迫程度。与现有技术相比,本发明从AIS数据中挖掘出各种船舶行为的风险度,并整体分析选定区域的风险度,能够为船舶安全航行、密集区域内船舶管理提供数据支撑,对降低船舶碰撞风险具有重要意义。
