The invention relates to the technical field of automatic driving, in particular to a data scheduling method and device of an automatic driving system, electronic equipment and a medium, and the method comprises the steps: when new data is read, determining a position where the data is written earliest in an annular queue based on a new data writing timestamp, and taking a writing flag position as a first flag bit, and writing the new data into the position where the data is written earliest, adjusting the position where the data is written earliest to the position where the data is written latest after writing is completed, and setting the writing mark position of the position as the second mark position. Therefore, the problems that due to limitation of a vehicle memory and CPU resources, a large number of memory fragments are generated when a user applies for space resources, so that the CPU pressure is increased, the data analysis time is long, and the data scheduling speed is reduced are solved, and the data scheduling efficiency is improved by adopting the annular queue with the lock-free design and a fixed CPU kernel. Data time delay generated during data scheduling is reduced, and the data scheduling speed is increased.
