The invention discloses a dual-variable-frequency electric hoist and a using method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of electric hoists. A dual-variable-frequency driving assembly is mounted in the box body; the double-frequency-conversion driving assembly comprises a double-voltage motor, a second gear ring, a third gear ring, a fourth gear ring, a second transverse shaft, a first supporting base, a second supporting base, an electromagnetic brake, a third supporting base, a third transverse shaft, a fifth gear ring and a chain wheel. The box body is provided with an air cooling assembly used for conducting bidirectional heat dissipation on the interior of the box body. The air cooling assembly comprises a first air hole, a heat dissipation structure and an accelerated heat dissipation assembly. By means of the mode, the double-frequency-conversion electric hoist is controlled through frequency conversion, single-phase double-voltage free switching can be achieved, and maintenance is easy; double-speed or stepless speed change can be provided; after frequency conversion control, the motor is softly started, the speed is gradually increased, the impact stress on the hoist is reduced, shaking is avoided in use, and use is convenient.

    本发明公开了一种双变频电动葫芦及其使用方法,属于电动葫芦技术领域,包括链条和箱体;所述箱体的内部安装有双变频驱动组件;所述双变频驱动组件包括双电压电机、第二齿圈、第三齿圈、第四齿圈、第二横轴、第一支撑座、第二支撑座、电磁制动器、第三支撑座、第三横轴、第五齿圈和链轮;所述箱体上安装有用于对箱体内部进行双向散热的风冷组件;所述风冷组件包括第一透气孔、散热结构和加速散热组件。通过上述方式,本发明的双变频电动葫芦采用变频控制,可实现单相双电压自由切换,维护简单;并且可提供双速或无极变速;变频控制后,电机软启动,速度逐渐由慢变快,对葫芦的冲击应力减小,使用中没有抖动,便于使用。
