The offshore operation system comprises a hoisting ship, a suction pump, a suction barrel, a jacket, a recovery cable and a controller, the jacket is connected with the suction bucket, the lifting boat comprises a lifting appliance and a lock hook, the lifting appliance is detachably connected with the jacket, and the controller is used for controlling the lifting appliance to be separated from the jacket; the suction pump is detachably connected with the suction barrel, the first end of the recovery cable is connected with the suction pump, the second end of the recovery cable is configured to be connected with or separated from the jacket, and when the second end of the recovery cable is separated from the jacket, the second end of the recovery cable is connected with the lock hook, so that the suction pump is connected with the lock hook through the recovery cable; the suction pump is configured to move under the driving of the lock hook. The recovery efficiency of the suction pump is improved, and the safety is high.
