The invention discloses a device for inhibiting the rotational motion of a control surface of an aircraft wing, belongs to the field of aircraft structure design, and can inhibit the rotational motion of the control surface of the aircraft wing. The device comprises a supporting frame, a limiting block, a limiting rod, a driving rod, a control motor and a supporting arm. The supporting frame and the supporting arms are installed on the wing rear wall through the supporting arms. When the device is started, the limiting block contains the limiting rod; and when the device restores, the limiting block is separated from the limiting rod. When the motor is started, the limiting block moves towards the limiting rod along the axis of the rotating shaft. And in the process that the stop block moves to contain the stop rod, the rotation angle of the stop rod (control surface) is gradually reduced until the stop rod stops rotating. The flutter of the control surface of the aircraft is generated by the coupling of the rotation mode of the control surface and other modes of the structure, so that the rotation flutter of the control surface of the aircraft can be inhibited by inhibiting the rotation motion of the control surface. The device can be used for suppressing the flutter of the control surface of the wing in the flutter test of the aircraft.

    本发明公开了一种抑制飞行器机翼舵面旋转运动的装置,属于飞行器结构设计领域,本发明装置能够抑制飞行器机翼的舵面旋转运动。本发明包括支撑框架,限动块,限动杆,驱动杆,操纵电机,支撑臂。支撑框架和支撑臂通过支臂安装在机翼后墙上。装置启动时,限动块含住限动杆;装置复原时,限动块与限动杆分开。电机启动时,限动块会沿转轴轴线向限动杆移动。在限动块移动含住限动杆的过程中,限动杆(舵面)的旋转角度逐渐减小,直到停止转动。飞行器的舵面颤振是由于舵面的旋转模态与结构的其他模态耦合产生的,所以抑制了舵面旋转运动就可以抑制飞行器的舵面旋转颤振。本发明可以用在飞行器颤振试验中抑制机翼的舵面颤振。
