The invention discloses a bicycle damping front fork assembly, and relates to the technical field of damping front forks. The device comprises a shaft column, a bearing connecting frame is installed on the shaft column, and an n-shaped rod is fixedly connected to the bottom of the shaft column; the two hydraulic damping rods are connected to the two ends of the bottom of the n-shaped rod correspondingly. The auxiliary damping part comprises a connecting plate fixedly connected to the bottom of the hydraulic damping rod, a first connecting rod arranged obliquely is hinged to the bottom end of the connecting plate, and a second connecting rod parallel to the first connecting rod is hinged to the top end of the connecting plate. According to the damping device, the auxiliary damping piece is arranged at the bottom of the hydraulic damping rod, a parallelogram hinge structure is formed by the connecting plate, the first connecting rod, the second connecting rod and the third connecting rod, deformation of the parallelogram hinge structure is buffered and hindered through the telescopic air cylinder, and therefore the hydraulic damping rod is assisted to relieve impact; and the shock absorption stroke of the device is increased, so that the shock feeling felt by a rider is reduced, and the shock absorption effect is improved.
