The invention discloses a system for optimizing train departure and travel time based on platform monitoring camera shooting, and the system comprises a real-time video collection module which is used for collecting a platform video; the video analysis module is used for analyzing the collected video and determining the number of personnel on the platform, the stop time and the standard for closing the door; the time adjusting module is used for optimizing departure and travel time through a time adjusting model according to the obtained number of personnel on the platform, the stop time and the standard that the door can be closed; and the ATS module is used for commanding train departure according to the optimized departure and travel time. The invention further discloses a method for optimizing train departure and travel time based on the platform monitoring camera. The method comprises the steps that S1, platform videos are collected through the platform monitoring camera; s2, determining the number of people, the stop time and the standard for closing the vehicle door according to the station video; and S3, establishing a time adjustment model, and optimizing departure and travel time. Energy conservation and on-time driving are achieved through existing facilities.

    本发明公开了基于站台监控摄像优化列车发车及旅行时间的系统,包括:实时视频采集模块,用于采集站台视频;视频分析模块,用于分析采集的视频,确定站台人员数量,站停时间与可执行关闭车门的标准;时间调整模块,用于根据得到的站台人员数量,站停时间与可执行关闭车门的标准通过时间调整模型优化发车及旅行时间;ATS模块,用于根据优化发车及旅行时间指挥列车发车。还公开了基于站台监控摄像优化列车发车及旅行时间的方法,包括:步骤S1,通过站台监控摄像采集站台视频;步骤S2,通过站台视频确定人员数量,站停时间与可执行关闭车门的标准;步骤S3,建立时间调整模型,优化发车及旅行时间。利用既有设施实现节能及准点行车。
