The present invention proposes a front wheel offset impact guide mechanism (1) disposed between a front wheel (900) and a passenger compartment, and comprising: a seat structure (10) configured to be adapted to be mounted at a lower edge of a wheel casing; the first part (11) is configured to be suitable for being impacted by a front wheel (900) moving backwards to generate corresponding movement; and a second portion (12) configured to be excited by the movement of the first portion (11) to push a front wheel toward the outside in the vehicle width direction. According to the front wheel offset collision guiding mechanism, it can be guaranteed that the hub of the front wheel absorbs energy and moves backwards in the offset collision working condition, then the hub is smoothly turned over towards the outer side in the width direction of the vehicle, the hub is prevented from impacting or invading a passenger compartment, and therefore the safety of a driver and passengers in the passenger compartment is guaranteed as much as possible. The invention also proposes a corresponding vehicle front structure and a vehicle having a front wheel offset impact guide mechanism or a vehicle front structure.
