The embodiment of the invention provides vehicle-mounted control equipment for instrument display, a vehicle-mounted electronic system and a vehicle. The vehicle-mounted control equipment comprises a first control part which comprises an instrument application and a cabin application which are located in the same operating system and is configured to allocate processor and memory resources to the instrument application at a priority higher than that of the cabin application; and a second control portion communicatively coupled to the first control portion and configured to forward an instrument signal from an external device to the first control portion in response to receiving a first detection signal indicating that the first control portion is normal, the instrument signal being associated with a traveling state of the vehicle, and the meter application is configured to generate a first display signal based on the meter signal. The method can effectively improve the reliability of vehicle instrument display, and has the advantages that the performance of an operating system is free of loss, and the application range of a chip platform is wide.
