A heat exchange liquid inlet and a heat exchange liquid outlet of the heat exchange liquid channel are used for being communicated with an external cooling device so that heat exchange liquid in the external cooling device can circulate in the heat exchange liquid channel. And the heat exchange liquid circulating in the heat exchange liquid channel is used for cooling the cooling liquid circulating in the cooling liquid channel. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the heat dissipation effect of the charging device can be improved, and the ever-increasing heat dissipation requirement of the charging device can be met.
