The invention relates to a radiator, a hydrogen fuel cell driving device and a rail locomotive. The radiator comprises a shell, the shell is provided with a plurality of structural plates, a containing cavity is defined by the multiple structural plates, at least one structural plate in the multiple structural plates is a heat exchange plate, the outer surface of the heat exchange plate can be attached to a device to be subjected to heat dissipation, and at least one structural plate in the multiple structural plates is provided with vent holes; the evaporator is arranged in the containing cavity, and a first cooling working medium is arranged in the evaporator; the condenser assembly is arranged in the containing cavity and connected with the inner surface of the structural plate, and the condenser assembly comprises a corrugated heat dissipation fin and two plate-shaped heat dissipation fins; the two plate-shaped radiating fins are oppositely arranged, and a first gap is formed between the two plate-shaped radiating fins; the corrugated radiating fins are positioned in the first gaps; and the fan is arranged outside the shell, and the fan can convey cooling air into the first gap through the vent hole. The radiator has high heat dissipation efficiency.

    本公开涉及一种散热器、氢燃料电池驱动装置及轨道机车;其中,散热器包括:壳体,具有多个结构板,多个结构板围成容纳腔,多个结构板中的至少一个结构板为换热板,换热板的外表面能够与待散热器件贴合,且多个结构板中的至少一个结构板设置有通气孔;蒸发器,设置于容纳腔内,蒸发器中设置有第一冷却工质;冷凝器组件,设置于容纳腔内,并与结构板的内表面连接,冷凝器组件包括:波纹散热翅片和两片板状散热翅片;两片板状散热翅片相对设置,且两片板状散热翅片之间具有第一间隙;波纹散热翅片位于第一间隙内;风扇,设置于壳体的外部,且风扇能够通过通气孔将冷却风输送至第一间隙内。该散热器具有较高的散热效率。
