The invention discloses a high-speed railway overhead line system fastener cotter pin health state detection method. A target detection algorithm, a semantic segmentation algorithm and an image analysis algorithm are combined. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out initial positioning of a connection point and fine positioning of a cotter pin on a rail fault detection vehicle by using a fastener cotter pin image captured by night high-speed imaging equipment based on a target detection algorithm; secondly, a semantic segmentation algorithm is adopted to extract semantic information of the health state of the cotter pin in the overhead line system; and finally, analyzing and classifying the cotter pins in the picture on the basis of an image analysis algorithm by taking the semantic information of the head, trunk and tail sections of the cotter pins as a classification basis, and dividing the cotter pins into three types of missing, loosening and normal, so as to finish the judgment on the health state of the cotter pins. The method has the beneficial effects that the cotter pin in the fault state can be accurately detected, and stable operation of the high-speed railway overhead line system is guaranteed.

    本发明公开一种高速铁路接触网紧固件开口销健康状态检测方法,其结合结合目标检测算法、语义分割算法和图像分析算法。首先,基于目标检测算法对有轨故障检测车辆使用夜间高速成像设备抓拍的紧固件开口销图像进行连接点的初定位和开口销的精定位;其次,采用语义分割算法提取接触网中开口销健康状态的语义信息;最后,以开口销头部、躯干和尾部三段的语义信息为分类依据,基于图像分析算法对图片中开口销进行分析和分类,将开口销划分为缺失、松脱和正常3类,完成对其健康状态的判断。本发明的有益效果为:能准确检测出故障状态下的开口销,保障高速铁路接触网稳定运行。
