The invention relates to the field of vehicle elastic damping devices, in particular to a hydraulic resistance bushing for a cab, which comprises a mandrel, a main spring component and an auxiliary spring component, the main spring component comprises an inner sleeve, an outer sleeve and a main rubber spring vulcanized between the inner sleeve and the outer sleeve, and the main rubber spring comprises a liquid flow channel and a hydraulic cavity communicated by the liquid flow channel. The auxiliary spring assembly comprises an auxiliary rubber spring capable of horizontally moving along the peripheral face of the central spindle so as to abut against the connecting support, a reset spring located between the main rubber spring and the auxiliary rubber spring so as to enable the auxiliary rubber spring to reset, and a second end cover located on the side, away from the main rubber spring, of the auxiliary rubber spring and arranged on the central spindle in a sleeving mode. A driving unit for driving the auxiliary rubber spring to move horizontally is arranged between the second end cover and the mandrel. The invention further provides a rigidity adjusting method of the hydraulic resistance bushing for the cab. The damping effect under the normal working condition and the stable operation working condition can be guaranteed, and the rigidity can be adjusted.

    本发明涉及车辆弹性减振装置领域,具体提供了一种驾驶室用液阻衬套,包括芯轴、主簧组件和副簧组件,主簧组件包括内套、外套和硫化于内套与外套之间的主橡胶弹簧,主橡胶弹簧上包括液体流道和由液体流道连通的液压腔,外套上套设有连接支座,副簧组件包括可沿着芯轴外周面水平移动以与连接支座抵接的副橡胶弹簧、位于主橡胶弹簧与副橡胶弹簧之间以使得副橡胶弹簧复位的复位弹簧、位于副橡胶弹簧远离主橡胶弹簧一侧并套设于芯轴上的端盖二,端盖二上与芯轴之间包括驱动副橡胶弹簧水平移动的驱动单元。本发明还提供了一种驾驶室用液阻衬套的刚度调节方法。本发明可保证正常工况下和操稳工况下的减振效果,实现刚度可调。
