The invention relates to the technical field of hoisting and mounting of quay cranes, and discloses a method for ultralimit mounting of an upper structure of a quay crane by a gantry crane, which comprises the following steps: the gantry crane is matched with a hoisting belt to hoist two hoisting joists between a rear girder below an upper cross beam and a flange opening of the upper cross beam to realize outward movement of a hoisting point, staggering of the hoisting point and a rear pull rod, and fixed connection of the hoisting joists and the upper cross beam; the gantry crane is connected with the lifting joist through three groups of lifting hooks consisting of two lifting hooks of the upper trolley and one lifting hook of the lower trolley and lifting steel wire ropes, and lifts the upper structure of the quay crane to a door frame for falling and welding; then the hoisting joist is dismantled; outward movement and downward movement of a lifting point are achieved by means of the lifting joist, horizontal component force generated by lifting is borne by means of the lifting joist, the problem of interference between a lifting hook and a rear pull rod is solved, it is guaranteed that a balance steel wire rope cannot interfere with a gantry crane main beam in the lifting process, and structural safety is guaranteed.

    本发明涉及岸桥吊装安装技术领域,公开了一种龙门吊超限安装岸桥上部结构的方法,包括龙门吊配合吊带将两根吊装托梁吊装至上横梁下方的后大梁与上横梁法兰口之间实现吊点外移,吊点与后拉杆错开,吊装托梁与上横梁固定连接;龙门吊通过上小车两个吊钩和下小车的一个吊钩组成的三组吊钩配合吊装钢丝绳连接吊装托梁,起吊岸桥上部结构至门框处落位焊接;之后拆除吊装托梁;通过借助吊装托梁实现吊点外移和下移,依靠吊装托梁来承受吊装产生的水平分力,既解决了吊钩与后拉杆的干涉问题,又确保了吊装过程中平衡钢丝绳不会与龙门吊主梁干涉,保证结构的安全。
