The invention belongs to the technical field of civil engineering, and particularly relates to a large-diameter long-distance sewage pipeline replacement suspension construction method which comprises the following steps: step 1, excavating a foundation pit to the elevation; secondly, a triangular support is installed; 3, erecting a military beam, wherein the direction of the military beam is perpendicular to the direction of the sewage pipeline; fourthly, the steel pipe sewage pipeline is suspended through a steel wire rope in cooperation with a chain block, the height is adjusted, the suspension safety and stability are guaranteed through a suspension frame, and the two selection and adjustment modes are alternately used; fifthly, the multiple steel pipe sewage pipelines are spliced through flanges and communicate with the upstream water outlet well and the downstream water outlet well; and sixthly, foundation pit excavation work continues. The suspension military beam is perpendicular to the extending direction of the sewage pipeline with the suspension, the defect that an existing suspension system cannot achieve long-distance pipeline suspension is overcome, and meanwhile the suspension stability is guaranteed by changing the mode of the suspension bracket, namely the mode that the steel wire rope is matched with the chain block and the suspension bracket for suspension alternately.

    本发明属于土木工程技术领域,具体涉及一种大直径长距离污水管道换管悬吊施工方法,包括以下步骤:步骤一:基坑开挖至标高;步骤二:安装三角支架;步骤三:架设军用梁,且军用梁的方向与污水管道方向垂直;步骤四:通过钢丝绳配合手拉葫芦悬吊钢管污水管道并调节高度,通过吊架保证悬吊安全性与稳定性,两种选调方式交替使用;步骤五:多个钢管污水管道采用法兰拼接,并与上游出水井以及下游出水井连通;步骤六:继续基坑开挖工作。本发明通过将悬吊军用梁与带悬吊的污水管道延伸方向相垂直的方式,避免现有悬吊体系无法实现长距离悬吊管道的弊端,同时通过对吊架方式的改变,即采用钢丝绳配合手拉葫芦和吊架悬吊交替的方式保证悬吊稳定性。
