The rotor magnet yoke and the motor shaft are integrally formed on the propeller hub shell. The unmanned aerial vehicle platform body is of a light-weight integrally-formed structure, the manufacturing and mounting cost is effectively reduced, the power consumption of the motor can be reduced, and the flight efficiency of the unmanned aerial vehicle is improved.

    本发明涉及一种集成电机的无人机动力装置及无人机,属于无人机驱动装置技术领域,解决了无人机动力装置结构复杂、安装繁冗、无人机飞行性差的问题。本发明的无人机动力装置包括负载转子组件、定子组件和传动单元;负载转子组件包括集成桨叶毂、转子磁轭和电机轴;集成桨叶毂的桨叶和浆毂壳一体成型;浆毂壳上设置有轴孔和转子磁铁安装环台;电机轴连接在浆毂壳上;转子磁铁安装环台与浆毂壳内侧壁面之间形成转子磁轭安装槽;所述转子磁轭限位连接在转子磁轭安装槽内并连接在浆毂壳内侧壁面上;转子磁轭和电机轴一体成型在浆毂壳上。本发明的无人机平台机体具有轻量化一体成型结构,有效降低制造和安装成本,能降低电机功耗、提升无人机飞行功效。
