    本发明提供一种基于斜置折叠机翼的可变布局仿生跨介质无人航行器及方法,包括融合式船身、可折叠机翼、Y型尾翼和仿生沉浮系统;在所述融合式船身前段主结构和所述融合式船身后段主结构相交的位置安装所述可折叠机翼,所述可折叠机翼为可对半折叠、上反角可调以及可旋转折叠的机翼。本发明提供的基于斜置折叠机翼的可变布局仿生跨介质无人航行器及方法,变翼机构的设计方案能够使水下航行状态的机翼折叠后贴合机身外形,并构成另一种能够水下航行的潜航器外形,且该设计方案还能够保持变翼机构的轻便灵活和结构强度。本发明能够同时拥有水下、水面和空中的航行能力,而且能够切换布局多次跨越水空介质。
