The invention provides a vertical take-off and landing fire-fighting unmanned aerial vehicle capable of being rapidly deployed. The vertical take-off and landing fire-fighting unmanned aerial vehicle comprises a wing body fusion type fuselage, high-aspect-ratio wings, a vertical take-off and landing power system, a propelling power system, an empennage assembly and a flight control plane. The wing body fusion type fuselage and the high-aspect-ratio wings are in continuous curved surface smooth transition, the vertical take-off and landing power system and the empennage assembly are rapidly installed at the separation face position of the high-aspect-ratio wings, and the propelling power system is opposite anti-reverse-twisting motors located at the front end and the rear end of the fuselage. The flight control surfaces are direction lifting mixed control surfaces which are positioned on ailerons, middle flaps and inner flaps on the outer sides of the wings and positioned on the empennages. According to the high-aspect-ratio double-tail-boom type layout, the high fire-fighting load mounting space is achieved, the aerodynamic performance is excellent, the requirement for the take-off and landing conditions is extremely low, and the fire-fighting deployment capacity is high.
