The invention relates to the field of helicopter anti-skid brake systems, in particular to a helicopter brake pressure control system and method. Comprising a brake instruction sensor, a brake switch, an electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve, an electromagnetic hydraulic lock, a hydraulic oil return pipeline, a brake pedal and a hydraulic oil inlet pipeline. The method comprises the following steps: S1, determining the control logic of a microswitch of a brake instruction sensor; s2, determining that a brake instruction sensor outputs a brake instruction voltage; s3, determining that a brake instruction sensor outputs a brake instruction voltage; s4, brake pressure output by the electro-hydraulic pressure servo valve is determined; the problems that in the prior art, control over a hydraulic source by a brake instruction sensor is not achieved, and consequently an electro-hydraulic servo valve cannot be maintained are solved; and even if the electro-hydraulic servo valve is stuck in the braking process, the braking system cannot relieve the braking pressure, so that the tire burst of the braking airplane wheel is easily caused.

    本发明涉及直升机飞机防滑刹车系统领域,具体为一种直升机刹车压力控制系统以及控制方法;包括刹车指令传感器、刹车开关、电液压力伺服阀、电磁液压锁、液压回油管路、刹车脚蹬和液压进油管路;并包括如下步骤:S1、确定刹车指令传感器微动开关控制逻辑;S2、确定刹车指令传感器输出刹车指令电压;S3、确定刹车指令传感器输出刹车指令电压;S4、确定电液压力伺服阀输出的刹车压力;本发明,解决现有技术中没有实现刹车指令传感器对液压源的控制,造成电液伺服阀无法维修;甚至在刹车过程如果电液伺服阀卡死,刹车系统不能解除刹车压力,容易造成刹车机轮爆胎的问题。
