The invention discloses a construction method for heavy lift ship bottom section.The method specifically comprises the following steps that a bottom section is divided into an inner bottom plate section, a straight outer plate section, a longitudinal and transverse structural part and a circle rotating section, and the inner bottom plate section, the straight outer plate section and the longitudinal and transverse structural part are manufactured respectively; and hoisting and positioning by taking the inner bottom plate as a base surface, and then welding and fixing to finish the construction of the bottom section. According to the method, the bottom is segmented and divided into a plurality of segments for respective construction and hoisting, so that the segmentation construction precision of the bottom of the heavy lift ship is ensured, the segmentation manufacturing rate is improved, the segmentation construction efficiency is improved, the tire position construction period is shortened, and a foundation is laid for improving the total assembly carrying efficiency.
