The invention relates to a portable safety protection device, method and equipment for rail transit construction and a medium. The portable safety protection device communicates with a train operation control system to achieve safety protection of a construction area. The portable safety protection device comprises a safety protection industrial computer, and a battery power supply module, a BDS/GPS positioning module, a GSM-R/LTE wireless communication module, a high voltage and infrared induction module, a sound-light alarm module and a man-machine interaction and talkback module which are respectively connected with the safety protection industrial computer. Wherein the GSM-R/LTE wireless communication module is communicated with a train operation control system. Compared with the prior art, the device has the advantages of safety and reliability in protection, small size, convenience in carrying, reduction of the working intensity of safety protection personnel, convenience in emergency rescue and the like.

    本发明涉及一种轨道交通施工便携式安全防护装置、方法、设备及介质,所述的便携式安全防护装置与列车运行控制系统通信来实现施工区域安全防护,所述的便携式安全防护装置包括安全防护工业计算机以及分别与安全防护工业计算机连接的电池供电模块、BDS/GPS定位模块、GSM‑R/LTE无线通信模块、高压和红外感应模块、声光报警模块和人机交互和对讲模块;其中所述的GSM‑R/LTE无线通信模块与列车运行控制系统通信。与现有技术相比,本发明具有防护安全可靠、体积小携带方便、减少安全防护人员工作强度、方便抢险和紧急救援等优点。
