The invention relates to a cab composite vibration isolation connecting pair and a mounting method thereof. The connecting pair comprises a cab underframe, a vehicle body underframe, a bidirectional vibration isolation spring connecting pair and a rubber vibration isolator connecting pair, the cab chassis is correspondingly arranged above the vehicle body chassis; one side of the cab underframe and one side of the vehicle body underframe are connected through a front rubber vibration isolator connecting pair and a rear rubber vibration isolator connecting pair which are mutually symmetrical, and the other side of the cab underframe and the other side of the vehicle body underframe are connected through a front bidirectional vibration isolation spring connecting pair and a rear bidirectional vibration isolation spring connecting pair which are mutually symmetrical. Under the condition of effectively ensuring the firm strength of the connection between the cab and the vehicle body chassis, the gap between the cab chassis and the vehicle body chassis can be ensured to be uniform, and the upward and downward vibration amplitudes of the cab when the vehicle body vibrates can be effectively reduced.

    本发明涉及一种司机室复合隔振连接副及其安装方法,所述连接副包括司机室底架、车体底架、双向隔振弹簧连接副和橡胶隔振器连接副;所述司机室底架对应设置在车体底架的上方;所述司机室底架和车体底架的一侧通过前后两个相互对称的橡胶隔振器连接副连接,另一侧通过前后两个相互对称的双向隔振弹簧连接副连接。本发明能够有效地在保证司机室与车体底架的连接牢固强度的情况下,能够确保司机室底架与车体底架之间的缝隙均匀,有效地降低车体振动时司机室向上和向下的振动幅度。
