The invention provides a vehicle auxiliary steering braking method and system, electronic equipment and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: determining an auxiliary steering braking function of a vehicle based on a target angular velocity, an actual angular velocity, a wheel rotational inertia, at least one time period and a wheel rolling radius corresponding to a target wheel when the vehicle is determined to be in an auxiliary steering braking function activation mode; determining a target braking force corresponding to the target wheel; controlling the target wheel to brake according to the target braking force, so that the wheel speed of the target wheel is within a preset speed interval; wherein each time period corresponds to a target angular velocity and a target braking force, and the target wheels are inner side front wheels when the vehicle turns, or the target wheels comprise the inner side front wheels and inner side rear wheels; and when the target wheels comprise the inner side front wheel and the inner side rear wheel, the inner side front wheel and the inner side rear wheel alternately brake. According to the application, the capability of reducing the turning radius can be improved under the condition of not increasing the cost.
