The invention discloses an electric bicycle charging cabinet with information acquisition and intelligent control functions, which is characterized in that temperature and current sensors are arranged in an existing charger structure to obtain the internal temperature and the circuit state in the use process of a charger, and a set of charger performance evaluation model is built by adopting a weight method to realize the real-time monitoring of the safety of the charger. Through charger performance evaluation and an active protection strategy based on'electricity and heat 'coupling, early warning and protection of internal short circuit and component faults of the charger are realized, and the safety of the charger is improved; by developing a communication interface of'battery pack + charger ', charging strategy optimization under accurate acquisition of battery performance is realized, and charging efficiency and reliability of the electric bicycle are improved; a compatible interface for general charging is designed, the common mains supply supply requirement of urban electric bicycles is met, the function upgrading restriction is broken through, and the safe charging technology coverage rate is increased.

    本发明公开了一种具备信息采集及智能控制的电单车充电柜,其对现有充电器结构内置温度及电流传感器,获得充电器使用过程内部温度及电路状态,采用权重法搭建一套充电器性能评价模型,实现充电器安全性实时监测。通过基于“电、热”耦合的充电器性能评价及主动防护策略,实现充电器内部短路、元器件故障预警及防护,提升充电器安全性;通过开发“电池组+充电器”通信接口,实现电池性能准确获取下的充电策略优化,提升电动自行车充电效能及可靠性;设计面向通用充电的兼容接口,满足城市电动自行车普通市电补给需求,打破功能升级制约,提高安全充电技术覆盖率。
