The invention provides a battery pack quick-changing device and an electric vehicle comprising the same. The battery pack quick-changing device comprises a quick-changing bracket assembly, a girder assembly and a buffer assembly, the quick-change bracket assembly is in floating connection with at least one side of the girder assembly; the buffering assembly is arranged between the quick-change support assembly and the girder assembly and used for providing buffering between the quick-change support assembly and the girder assembly. The quick-change support assembly is in floating connection with the girder assembly, only shearing force is transmitted between the girder assembly and the quick-change support assembly, bending moment is not transmitted between the girder assembly and the quick-change support assembly, and therefore in the running process of the electric vehicle, the bending moment generated by deformation of the girder assembly is not transmitted to the quick-change support assembly, and the deformation amount of the quick-change support assembly can be reduced; damage of inertia force to the battery pack can be prevented, and the service life of the battery pack is prolonged; and the buffer assembly provides buffer between the quick-change bracket assembly and the crossbeam assembly, so that the influence of impact on the quick-change bracket assembly and the battery pack is reduced, and the service life of the battery pack is further prolonged.

    本发明提供一种电池包快换装置及包含其的电动车辆,电池包快换装置包括快换支架组件、大梁组件和缓冲组件;快换支架组件与大梁组件的至少一侧浮动连接;缓冲组件设置于快换支架组件和大梁组件之间,用于为快换支架组件和大梁组件之间提供缓冲。通过快换支架组件与大梁组件浮动连接,大梁组件与快换支架组件之间只传递剪力,不传递弯矩,因而在电动车辆行驶的过程中,大梁组件变形产生的弯矩不会传递至快换支架组件,因而可以减小快换支架组件的变形量,进而可以防止惯性力对电池包造成损坏,提高了电池包的使用寿命;缓冲组件为快换支架组件和大梁组件之间提供缓冲,降低了冲击对快换支架组件和电池包的影响,进一步提高了电池包的使用寿命。
