The invention discloses a heat management system and a vehicle with the heat management system, and the heat management system is characterized in that each heat release flow path comprises a heat release part, and an inlet of the heat release part is connected with an outlet of a compressor; each heat absorption flow path comprises a throttling device and a heat absorption part, an inlet of the throttling device is selectively communicated with or disconnected from an outlet of the heat release part, an outlet of the throttling device is connected with an inlet of the heat absorption part, and an outlet of the heat absorption part is connected with an inlet of the compressor; the battery heat management flow path comprises a battery throttling device and a battery direct cooling plate, an inlet of the battery throttling device selectively communicates with an outlet of the compressor or an outlet of the heat release part, an outlet of the battery throttling device is connected with an inlet of the battery direct cooling plate, and an outlet of the battery direct cooling plate selectively communicates with an inlet of the throttling device or an inlet of the compressor; the battery throttling device can be switched between a full-open state and a throttling state. According to the thermal management system provided by the invention, user requirements are met, and meanwhile, the cruising ability and the service life of the battery pack can be improved and prolonged.
