The invention relates to the technical field of intelligent parking, in particular to a macroscopic road network parking dynamic modeling and pricing optimization method, and the method comprises the steps: building a macroscopic parking dynamic model, and quantifying and evaluating the influence caused by parking cruise through the expected cruise time of vehicles in a region; a feedback real-time pricing strategy based on fuzzy PID is put forward to control the on-road and off-road parking prices in the two areas, the parking prices change under the driving of the parking occupancy rate, the on-road and off-road parking demands in the areas change due to the influence of the parking prices and the expected cruise time, and the parking demands in the areas change. The target function is set to minimize the cruise time of the vehicles in the areas, so that the parking requirements of the two areas are balanced; the parking cruise behavior description is more accurate, the real-time pricing strategy more suitable for rapidly changing the parking condition is formulated, the regional vehicle cruise time can be optimized, the parking demand can be balanced, the parking pressure can be relieved, and the parking resource configuration efficiency can be improved.

    本发明涉及智能停车技术领域,尤其涉及一种宏观路网停车动态建模与定价优化方法,本发明建立宏观停车动态模型,以区域内车辆预期的巡游时间来量化和评估停车巡游带来的影响;提出基于模糊PID的反馈实时定价策略对两个区域内的路内外停车价格进行控制,在停车占用率的驱动下,停车价格发生改变,区域内路内外的停车需求受到停车价格与预期巡游时间的影响从而发生变化,通过设立目标函数为最小化区域车辆巡游时间,从而平衡两区域的停车需求;本发明对停车巡游行为描述更为准确,制定更加适用于快速变化停车条件的实时定价策略,可优化区域车辆巡游时间,平衡停车需求,缓解停车压力,提高停车资源配置效率。
