The invention discloses an intelligent traffic system using signal lamp columns and vehicle-mounted wireless communication for vehicle speed collection, which communicates with a vehicle in a wireless communication mode, can calculate the vehicle running speed according to the distance between the two signal lamp columns and the communication time difference, and transmits the vehicle speed information to a traffic information center through the roadside signal lamp columns. The road condition of each road can be reflected in real time, so that a driver can select other alternative roads when driving on an accident or a crowded road section, and time is saved. In addition, the method can also be used for judging the congestion degree of vehicles on a road section, so that the switching time ratio of traffic lights on a ramp at an intersection or an expressway entrance is automatically controlled, the vehicles on the crowded road section are flexibly evacuated, and the road can obtain the maximum benefit with the minimum investment.

    本发明公开了一种利用信号灯柱与车载无线通讯作车速收集的智能交通系统,以无线通信方式与车载通讯,由两信号灯柱间的距离与通讯时间差可计算出车辆行驶速度,透过路侧信号灯柱将车速信息传给交通信息中心,即时反映各条道路的路况,使驾驶人在行驶于发生事故或拥挤路段时,可选择其他代替道路,以节省时间。另外本发明也可作为路段车辆拥挤程度的判断,据以自动控制十字路口或高速公路入口匝道红绿灯开关时间比值,机动疏散拥挤路段的车辆,使道路能以最少的投资而得到最大效益。
