Comprising a hydrogen storage container, a hydrogen storage material with a preset weight is placed in the hydrogen storage container, a pressure reduction safety valve is arranged at a gas outlet of the hydrogen storage container, the hydrogen storage device further comprises a temperature control component arranged in the circumferential direction of the hydrogen storage container or inserted into the hydrogen storage container, and the internal pressure of the hydrogen storage container is smaller than 1 Mpa under the condition that the temperature of the hydrogen storage container is lower than 25 DEG C. The internal pressure of the hydrogen storage container is controlled in two aspects, on one hand, the internal pressure of the hydrogen storage container under the initial condition of the solid hydrogen storage container is reduced; on the other hand, by arranging the temperature control component, the temperature in the hydrogen storage container is controlled, and the situation that large hydrogen absorption/hydrogen charging dynamic balance movement occurs in the hydrogen storage container, the internal pressure of the hydrogen storage container is affected, a decompression outlet fluctuates greatly, and irreversible damage to the fuel cell is avoided.

    本发明公开了一种低压固态储氢器及其氢动力自行车,属于储能领域。包括储氢容器,在储氢容器内部放置有预定重量的储氢材料,在储氢容器出气口处设置有减压安全阀,还包括设置在储氢容器周向或插接于储氢器容器内部的温控部件,储氢容器在低于25℃放置条件下内部压力小于1Mpa。本发明通过两个方面对储氢容器内部的压力进行控制,一方面,降低固态储氢容器在初始条件下储氢容器的内部压力;另一方面通过设置温控部件,进而控制储氢容器内温度,避免储氢容器内部发生比较大的吸氢/充氢动态平衡移动,进而影响储氢容器的内部压力,使减压出口出现大幅波动,避免对燃料电池产生不可逆的损伤。
