The invention relates to the technical field of cooling equipment, and discloses a suspension type multi-fan diesel engine cooling device which comprises a cooling mechanism for cooling and heat dissipation of a diesel engine, the cooling mechanism is composed of a radiator, fans, an expansion water tank and a rack, the radiator is installed above the rack, and the fans are installed above the rack; the number of the expansion water tanks is two, the expansion water tanks are arranged at the left end and the right end of the connecting position of the radiator and the rack respectively, eight air channels which are round in top and square in bottom and separated from one another are arranged in the rack, a draught fan is installed in each air channel, graded control is achieved, and the draught fans are eight axial flow draught fans and are installed in the eight air channels of the rack respectively. Eight independent air channels are formed, the situation that normal operation of other fans is affected due to air mixing generated after a certain fan is shut down due to faults is avoided, meanwhile, an air supply flow field is more uniform, air can be blown into the radiator more intensively through the inclined air channels, the resistance of the air channels is reduced, and the heat dissipation effect is enhanced.

    本发明涉及冷却设备技术领域,且公开了一种悬挂式多风机的柴油机冷却装置,包括对柴油机进行冷却散热的冷却机构,冷却机构由散热器、风机、膨胀水箱和机架四部分组成,散热器安装在机架上方,膨胀水箱为两个且分别设置于散热器和机架连接处的左右两端,机架内部设置有天圆地方且互相分隔的八个风道,每个风道内部均安装有一个风机,实现分档控制,将风机设置为八个轴流风机并分别安装在机架的八个风道内,形成八个独立的风道,避免某一台风机因故障停机后产生串风而影响其他风机的正常运行,同时也使供风流场更加均匀,天圆地方且倾斜式的风道可以使风更集中的吹入散热器,降低风道阻力,增强散热效果。
