The invention discloses a brake fluid filling and exhausting device and a control method and system thereof. The device comprises a fluid supplementing tank, a fluid supplementing pipeline, a fluid returning pipeline, a first valve and a second valve. A filtering piece is arranged in a tank body of the liquid supplementing tank, an exhaust port is formed in the top of the tank body, one side of the tank body is connected with a liquid supplementing pipeline, a first valve is arranged on the liquid supplementing pipeline, the other side of the tank body is connected with a liquid returning pipeline, and a second valve is arranged on the liquid returning pipeline; when the brake fluid is filled, the fluid supplementing tank, the fluid supplementing pipeline, the fluid storage pot, the brake calipers and the fluid return pipeline are communicated to form a circulation path of the brake fluid, when the filling stopping condition is met, the fluid storage pot stops filling the brake fluid into the brake calipers, and the filling stopping condition at least comprises exhausting of gas of the brake fluid in the brake system. According to the technical scheme, in the brake fluid circulation process, gas in the brake fluid is circularly filtered and separated and is exhausted from the exhaust port, automatic filling and exhausting of the brake fluid are achieved, and the filling and exhausting efficiency of the brake fluid is improved.
本申请公开了一种制动液加注排气装置及其控制方法和系统,装置包括:补液罐、补液管路、回液管路、第一阀门和第二阀门;补液罐的罐体内有过滤件,罐体顶部有排气口,罐体一侧与补液管路连接,补液管路上有第一阀门,罐体另一侧与回液管路连接,回液管路上有第二阀门;加注制动液时,补液罐、补液管路、储液壶、制动卡钳和回液管路连通形成制动液的循环通路,满足停止加注条件时,储液壶停止向制动卡钳加注制动液,停止加注条件至少包括制动系统内的制动液的气体排尽。通过本申请提供的技术方案能够在制动液循环过程中,制动液内的气体循环被过滤分离并从排气口排出,实现制动液的自动加注和排气,提高了制动液的加注和排气效率。
