The invention belongs to the field of automobile cranes, and discloses a control cabin pitching system which comprises a control cabin, an air bag, an inflation module, an air bag inflation electromagnetic valve and an air bag deflation electromagnetic valve, the back of the control cabin is provided with a pivoting installation part, one end of the air bag is connected with the control cabin, and the other end of the air bag is a fixed installation end; the inflation module comprises an inflation pump, and the inflation pump can communicate with the air bag through an inflation air path so as to inflate the air bag. Wherein the control chamber can rotate upwards around the pivoting mounting part when the air bag is inflated and expanded, and the control chamber can rotate downwards around the pivoting mounting part when the air bag is deflated and contracted. The air bag inflation electromagnetic valve and the air bag deflation electromagnetic valve are both connected between the inflation module and the air bag, the air bag inflation electromagnetic valve is used for controlling connection and disconnection of an inflation air path, and the air bag deflation electromagnetic valve can conduct the air bag to a deflation air path when switched to the deflation valve position. The control cabin pitching system and the automobile crane are high in structure safety and reliability and low in manufacturing cost.

    本发明属于汽车起重机领域,公开了一种操纵室俯仰系统,该操纵室俯仰系统包括操纵室、气囊、打气模块、气囊充气电磁阀以及气囊放气电磁阀,操纵室的背部设有枢转安装部,气囊的一端与操纵室连接,另一端为固定安装端,打气模块包括打气泵,打气泵能够通过充气气路与气囊连通以对气囊充气。其中,操纵室能够在气囊充气膨胀时绕枢转安装部向上转动,且操纵室能够在气囊放气收缩时绕枢转安装部向下转动。气囊充气电磁阀和气囊放气电磁阀均连接在打气模块与气囊之间,气囊充气电磁阀用于控制充气气路的通断,气囊放气电磁阀在切换至放气阀位时能够将气囊导通至放气气路。本发明的操纵室俯仰系统和汽车起重机结构安全可靠性高,制造成本低。
