According to the control method of the leveling grain taking grab bucket crane for wine making, a control device comprises a lifting winding drum and an absolute value encoder located on a rotating shaft of the lifting winding drum, the absolute value encoder transmits the collected direction and angle of the lifting winding drum to a PLC, and the output end of the PLC is connected with a frequency converter and a servo controller. The frequency converter is used for controlling a lifting drum of the crane and controlling lifting of the grab bucket; the servo controller is used for controlling opening and closing of the grab bucket and controlling the opening and closing angle of the grab bucket through speed and torque; the lifting mechanism is adjusted according to the opening and closing angle of the grab bucket in real time, so that the datum line is in an invariable state, the descending height is set according to the depth of the cellar, and the purposes of flat-layer grain taking in the cellar and no damage to cellar mud at the bottom of the cellar are achieved.

    一种酿酒用平层取糟抓斗起重机控制方法,控制装置包括起升卷筒,以及位于起升卷筒转轴上的绝对值编码器,绝对值编码器将采集到的起升卷筒的方向及角度传送给PLC控制器,PLC控制器的输出端连接变频器和伺服控制器,其中,变频器用于控制起重机的升降卷筒,用于控制抓斗的升降;伺服控制器用于控制抓斗的开闭,通过速度和转矩控制抓斗的开合角度;本发明实时根据抓斗开合来角度来调整升降机构,使基准线处于不变状态,从而根据窖池的深度设定下降的高度,达到窖池内平层取糟,不破坏池底窖泥。
